46 year old gentleman now 10 weeks after custom pec implants and liposuction of his waist performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He had significant asymmetry with more projection of his left lower chest as well as marked volume deficiencies of his upper chest on both sides. His main objectives were to correct his asymmetry, add volume and definition to his upper chest on both sides, and also look very natural. This was accomplished by placing a taller and more projected vertical rectangular implant on the right side to enhance both the upper and lower portion of his chest. A bit shorter and less projected vertical rectangular implant was placed only in the upper portion of his right chest. These custom implants enlarged the right side, filled his upper chest on both sides, corrected his asymmetry and looks completely natural. His waist is also nicely reduced with liposuction. He couldn't be happier with his results.
