45-year-old male, 3 months after rhinoplasty performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient had a traumatic injury and resultant deformity to his nose. The correction looks natural, with a masculine straight dorsum, an elevated tip, and correction of his deviation. Looks now like he never had an injury. He is very happy with his results.
