68 year old female 8 weeks after a medial thigh lift performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. Patient was very unhappy with her excess skin, wrinkling and laxity of her upper thighs. She is here after 8 weeks after a medial-vertical thigh lift. The incision runs from her groin vertically down to just above her knee on the inside posterior aspect of her leg. Just performing a skin excision in the groin alone cannot perform this type of dramatic result. She is extremely pleased with her results.
