46 year old female with a history of massive weight loss 8 weeks after Thong Lift performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. Notice the marked amount of loose skin, wrinkling and laxity of the skin on the buttocks. She had a thong lift with auto augmentation, where as the incisions curve around extending from the waist, around the top of the buttocks and down along the inside of the buttocks near the midline gluteal crease. An incision that hides with in the thong panty line. The deeper layers of skin and soft tissue that would normally be discarded in a regular lower body lift or buttock-thigh lift, are kept attached to their blood supply and purse string sutured into a more round shape and tucked down into a pocket created under the skin flap. Ones own natural tissue implant to give the butt more shape and projection. Notice the increase in projection as well as the great reduction in skin excess. The butt is more smooth and shapely and the scars hidden within the thong panty lines. To note….. i did not perform that surgery across her back. She feels much more confident and very happy with her results.
