61 year young lady from Miami, Florida 3 months after a reverse abdominoplasy and a thigh lift performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. The reverse abdominoplasty was performed using her previous breast lift sacrs in the infra-mammary creases which is nicely hidden. She had a previous thigh lift done elsewhere several years prior with no appreciable results. I performed her thigh lift using a vertical incision from her knee to her groin, hidden nicely on the inside of her thighs. She had a midline abdominal scar from previous surgery. She is extremely happy with her results and is planning her next procedures.
