54 year old female from Miami, Florida one and one half years after a medial thigh lift performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She was unhappy with the excess and loose skin of her inner thighs. She had a vertical medial thigh lift which entails an incision from just above the knee to the groin. This technique allows for the removal of more excess skin with superior results and smoother skin of the upper leg as compared to the medial thigh lift incision in the groin only. She is very happy with her results.
