26-year-old male, 2 months after rhinoplasty and chin implant performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He was very unhappy with his profile. He underwent a septorhinoplasty to straighten his nose, reduce his dorsum to a straight profile, and add tip support and projection. His anatomical chin implant added just the right amount of projection. He has dramatic improvement, retained a masculine appearance, and all looks completely normal, natural, and unoperated. Extremely happy with his results.
