Case Details
30-year-old male, 2 months after rhinoplasty and chin implant performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient wanted to reduce his very prominent dorsal hump but wanted to keep a strong masculine nose. He also agreed to supplement his underprojected chin with an anatomical implant. Postoperatively, he has a markedly improved profile and has retained a masculine appearance. He couldn’t be happier with his results.
