68 year old female 8 weeks after brachioplasty performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient was very unhappy with the excess skin and laxity of her upper arms. Excess skin was removed from her armpit to the elbow. Her scar is fine line and hides along the inside posterior aspect of her arm. She is very happy with her results.
