40 year old male from the West Coast of Florida 6 months after pectoral implants and liposuction performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This gentleman had gynecomastia, chest wall asymmetry and a lack of fullness in his upper and medial chest as he desired. He also requested liposuction of his waist and abdomen. He had two different size vertical rectangular soft solid silicone pectoral implants placed under the muscle along with the liposuction of his chest, waist and abdomen. He is now very satisfied with his more symmetrical and full masculine chest and narrow waistline.
