37 year old male 6 months after correction gynecomastia and pectoral implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbuaum. He requested reduction of his gynecomastia and more fullness in his upper chest, but in a conservative fashion.This can best be seen by the side profile image. After liposuction was used to correct his gynecomastia, he had Implantec soft solid silicone vertical rectangular implants placed under the muscle. He was very pleased with his results.
