44 year old woman from Weston, Florida who presented with ruptured silicone gel implants placed in 1986 with capsular contracture and deformity. She is pictured here only 3 weeks after capsulectomy, exchange of implants to smooth, round silicone gel, 339cc placed under the muscle with Strattice acellular dermal graft interposition. The Strattice prevents recurrence of the capsular contracture. Her breasts are soft and full and completely normal and natural in appearance. She is ecstatic with her results.
