50 year old female 5 months after liposculpture of her arms. She has a history of 100 lb weight loss and had marked fat and skin laxity of her arms. After liposculpture, although there is some residual skin laxity, she has had a dramatic change and reduction in her arms. she has also avoided the long scar from brachioplasty, which surgically excises the excess skin and fat.
