37 year old female only 5 weeks after circumareolar breast lift and fat augmentation of the breasts performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. This patient was requesting a very natural result, minimal scaring, and only a very slight increase in fullness to improve shape. No implants were placed. She only has scars around her areolas. This slight remaining pleating around her areola will fade over the weeks ahead. She is extremely pleased with her results.
