Case Details
55 year old woman from Miami, Florida 3 1/2 months after exchange of implants, partial right capsulectomy and Strattice Acellular Dermal Matrix for correction of capsular contracture performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had saline implants placed in 2003, 315cc right and 350cc left with a subsequent right capsular contracture and asymmetry. She requested repair of her capsular contracture, in which Strattice was used. Strattice ACDM has an over 90 percent success rate in correcting capsular contracture. She also requested an increase in size to 415cc high profile cohesive silicone gel implants. Her breasts are soft and she is extremely happy with her wonderful results.
