58 year old female 2 months after repair / revision of her medial thigh lift using liposculpture and a vertical “T” incision. This lovely lady had the unfortunate experience of going to an unscrupulous plastic surgery mill which performed a breast reduction, tummy tuck, thigh lift, arm lift, liposuction and fat augmentation to the buttocks all during a single surgery session. needless to say, each and every procedure result was a disaster. i am correcting each area, one or two procedures at a time and will be correcting her buttocks with a lift and then her abdominoplasty at a later date. she is understanding now, that results in cosmetic surgery depend alot on taking the TIME to acheive great results.
