32 year old male from Miami, Florida 3 months after liposuction / liposculpture and correction of gynecosmastia performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This very tall patient had 9 liters of fat removed from his upper body and chest. He was originally advised from another plastic surgery consultation that he would need to have a mastopexy surgery with all the associated scars to correct his chest / gynecomastia and extra skin. Liposculpture performed correctly for many cases of gynecomastia can avoid those extensive scars and allow appropriate skin contraction. The small amount of residual fullness on his chest is simply some firm scar tissue, that will resolve completely over this year with a few steroid / kenalog injections. He never envisioned such a dramatic change. He has dramatically reduced multiple sizes and is so very happy with his new shape, confidence and incentives for a healthier diet and exercise.
