Case Details

29-year-old male with Poland’s Syndrome, missing 3/4 of his right pec muscle, with a history of pectoral implants many years ago that were an inappropriate shape, displaced and unnatural looking. This patient was not looking for large pecs, but rather a more symmetrical and natural appearance. He is seen here 3 months after exchange of his pec implants to a more anatomical shape, repair of the lateral pockets and the right side Poland syndrome has Strattice dermal graft secured to the lower border of the partial pectoral muscle and as coverage over the pec implant to allow for a more natural appearance.
