47 year old male from near Chicago, Illinois 7 months after pec implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient wanted more projection and fullness to predominantly his upper chest and had vertical rectangular implants placed under the muscle. These particular after photos are one week after exchange of his original implants to a larger size.
