61 year old male from Miami, Florida 3 months after custom pec implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. The gentleman had a custom extended vertical rectangular soft solid silicone implant placed under the muscle. He requested, full but natural appearing definition predominantly in the midline and upper chest. He reports only compliments on his new physique without anyone knowing that he had pectoral implants.
