33 year old male from Melbourne, Australia only 2 weeks after pec implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. this gentleman has what is suspected to be, a variant of Poland’s Syndrome with the absence of the lower 2/3 of each pectoral muscle. The outlines of the rib cage on the chest was obvious prior to his procedure and he requested pectoral implants to give him a natural but more shapely chest.
