39 year old male from West Palm Beach, Florida 3 years after pectoral implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He had previous gynecomastia surgery done elsewhere with too litle taken out of the right side and too much taken out of the left side with resultant deformity. dr Gershenbaum reduced the right side gynecomastia, transferred fat to the left side lower chest and placed custom pectoral implants under the muscle. He has dramatic, yet natural looking results and he could not be happier.
