60 year old male only 6 weeks after correction of gynecomastia and pectoral implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient wanted more fullness in his upper and inner chest. He had soft, solid silicone vertical rectangular implants placed under the muscles. Also, a small amount of fat was removed to correct his gynecomastia. This fat was used to correct volume deficiency of his face. He is very happy with his results.
