Case Details
42 year old male now 6 months after pectoral implants to correct sternal gap syndrome caused by a military ballistic body armor performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This gentleman had compression of his medial pectoral nerves and degeneration / atrophy of his medial pectoral muscles with deformity. This phenomenon is new in the literature. He had custom extended vertical rectangular soft solid silicone pectoral implants placed under the muscle. He had liposuction of the abdomen and waist as well. His chest is normal in appearance even when flexing. He could not be happier with his results that allow him to feel normal in appearance once again.
