Case Details
31 year old male from Georgia, who had pec implants placed about ten years earlier (previous case number), now 2 years after replacing his original pectoral implants for larger custom implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He replaced his submuscular vertical rectangular soft solid silicone implants with 1.6cm of projection for larger custom extended implants with about 2.1cm of projection and some upper lateral extension of the implant. He looks even more well built, yet natural, and is very pleased with his results.
