36 year old woman from New York City, New York 9 months after Calf Implants, medial and lateral performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. She was looking to be very conservative and natural. A small lateral implant was added as well just to conservatively balance the shape. She has healed exquisitely well and is extremely happy with her results.
