Case Details
33 year old female from Miami, Florida one year after rhinoplasy performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. On exam she had an absent dorsal nasal bridge and a bulbous under projected tip. She had a closed rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft covered by alloderm (skin dermis from a tissue bank) to reconstruct the nasal bridge, as well as a columellar strut which is a strong thin piece of cartilage that elevates, supports and adds projection to the tip, along with additional small cartilage grafts to the tip. Her results are dramatic and looks completely natural. The patient was extremely happy with her results.
