27 year old female one year after mommy makeover that consisted of liposuction and fat transfer to the butt (brazilian butt lift) and then breast augmentation with breast lift (mastopexy) and liposuction of the abdomen and tummy tuck (lipoabdominoplasty) performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This patient after pregnancy and weight loss was not happy with her body shape and contours requested a mommy makeover. Because of the extent of the surgery and procedures, it was performed in two stages. Liposuction and fat transfer to the butt was performed first. Three months later she had breast augmentation with smooth round cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, 345cc moderate plus profile along with a breast lift, liposuction of the abdomen and tummy tuck. She has a dramatic new shape along with a new self confidence and could not be happier with her results.
