54 year old woman from Miami, Florida 4 months after breast reduction with Galaflex Mesh internal bra support performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had complaints of neck, back and shoulder pain and was simply uncomfortable with her large size. She went from about a DD to a full C cup size. Galaflex absorbable mesh was used as an internal bra to help better secure and support the breast during the healing process. The mesh is fully resorbed after a year or so and creates a collagen framework that better supports the breast over time. The goal is to prevent the ever so common bottom out of the breast after breast reduction. She is extremely happy with her results and has already scheduled her next procedure.
