Case Details

38 year old female with recurrant capsular contracture / hardening / deformity after breast augmentation. She had 200cc smooth, round silicone gel implants placed under the muscle as well as an areloar reduction on the right in 2007. She developed capsular contracture on both sides. In 2008, she underwent a procedure to remove and open the capsules to correct the hardening and deformity, however, she again developed capsular contracture and deformity. In dec, 2009 we changed her silicone implants to 250cc and again opened all the hardened capsules but this time interposed / incorporated STRATTICE, a porcine reconstructive tissue dermal matrix, that has put a stop to her contracture and hardening problem and now has soft and shapely breasts. After photos were taken 6 Months after surgery/procedure.
