54 year old female from Hollywood, Florida 5 months after exchange of implants to smaller size with capsulectomies and a breast lift (mastopexy) performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She presented with subglandular 550cc implants, ruptured on the left as well as Baker III capsular contracture and sagging of her breasts. Her breasts were hard and uncomfortable. Full intact capsulectomies were performed with exchange of implants to 330cc placed now under the muscle along with a bilateral breast lift. The photo shows her ruptured implant along with very calcified capsules. Now, five months later, her breasts are soft, comfortable and a more appropriate size. Her scars are healing excellent and will continue to fade over the months ahead. She is extremely happy with her results.
