41 year old male only 5 weeks after rhinoplasty performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. Patient complained about having the appearance of a dorsal hump and an unattractive nose. He wanted a straight profile and a masculine nose. Here only weeks post op, his shape from the side view is dramatically changed as he requested. From the front view, he is obviously still swollen which will resolve over the many months ahead and continue to shrink for a year. He is very pleased with his results to date.
