17 year old female from New York City 6 months after rhinoplasty performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This young lady did not like the dorsal hump and requested a straight nasal dorsum profile, with a slight increase in tip projection. She wanted a very natural looking nose. She had a closed rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, a radix graft (graft to the slight dip in the highest part of the dorsum) and cartilage grafts to the tip. Her photos show her change predominantly on the side view. She achieved her goals exactly and is very happy with her results.
