43 year old male from Palm Beach, Florida 8 months after liposculpture, correction gynecomastia and pectoral implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He had his retro-areolar glandular gynecomastia excised in a piecemeal fashion and vertical rectangular implants placed under the muscle. His main goal with the implants was to fill his upper chest which was fully accomplished and all natural in appearance. He is extremely happy with his results.
