31 year old male 3 months after pectoral implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum.
He had Implantec vertical rectangular soft solid silicone pec implants placed under the muscle. This patient requested a very natural appearing result that primarily enhanced his upper chest. He looks un-operated and completely natural with results exactly as requested.
