33 year old male over 4 months after custom pectoral implants, liposuction and fat transfer to his trapezius and deltoids muscles performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He had custom extended vertical rectangular pec implants placed under the muscle. He also had liposuction of his abdomen and waist with fat transfer to his trapezius and deltoid muscles. His change is dramatic. His abdomen and waist are well contoured and fit and the elevation and curves of the fat transfer to his traps and deltoids add well to the overall muscular shape. He looks fit, muscular contoured and very natural. He is extremely happy with his results.
