53 year old male from Washington, DC one month after liposuction correction of gynecomastia with fat transfer to his pecs performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He was unhappy about his breast like appearance with the fullness of the gynecomastia in his lower chest and the hollow appearance of his upper chest. Liposuction was also performed in the abdomen and waist areas. Fat was harvested and treated with the new Viality Fat transfer system made by Sientra, which has shown to increase the survival of transferred fat cells. The first set of photos is where the major difference is seen. He now has a slimmer waist and abdomen with a full and muscular appearing chest and could not be happier with his results.
