56 year old female from Naples, Florida 4 months after face and neck lift with fat grafting performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had fat grafting to restore a more youthful volume to her midface and the platysma muscles of the neck were tightened / repaired for improved contours of her neck and jawline as well. She looks more youthful, yet natural and non operated as she so desired.
