71 year old gentleman one month after lower eyelid blepharoplasty and fat transfer performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. He had correction of his lower eyelid fat bags, reduction of the excess skin and fat transfer into the hollows along the orbital rim and tear troughs. He has a dramatic and natural appearance and could not be happier with his results.
