57-year-old male presents to correct his right pectoral implant placed after failure of his right pectoral muscle to develop after a traumatic accident. His current pec implant was of improper shape and displaced. He is seen 3.5 months after reshaping and repositioning his right implant using Strattice dermal graft to repair the pocket and securely holding the implant in proper position.
