61 year old male 2 years after exchange of his medial calf implants performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. His original medial calf implants placed, 2 years prior by another surgeon, had used non tapered implants and positioned at the wrong depth and in the wrong position resulting in a very unnatural appearance. Here two years after exchange of implants to Dr Gershenbaum’s custom tapered implants replaced in the correct subfascial position now look full, shapely and muscular and very natural. Another very happy patient !
