49 year old lovely lady from Miami who presented with large saline implants that were falling down and to the side. She requested smaller implants and repair so as to look normal again. She is shown here 5 months after exchange of implants from 450cc saline to High Profile silicone gel 325cc with repair of the submuscular implant pockets to correct the displacement and achieve a more normal and natural look. Surgery was performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. She is extremely happy and stated that Dr. Gershenbaum is a perfectionist and she would highly recommend him to anyone who asked for any cosmetic surgery.
