44 year old female from Weston, Florida who presented with severe capsular contracture pictured here one month after removal of ruptured silicone gel implants, originally placed in 1986, complete capsulectomies and Strattice Acellular Dermal Graft placement performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. Strattice is FDA approved for use in repair and correction of capsular contracture. Dr Gershenbaum has extensive experience in the use of Strattice for capsular contracture, as well as in many other uses. Her breasts were firm, hard and causing discomfort and now are completely soft and natural appearing. Her result could not be better and she is completely happy with her results.
