Case Details
31 year old female from Ft. Lauderdale 2 1/2 months after exchange of breast implants, the right one was ruptured, and a breast lift (mastopexy) performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. She had 450cc saline implants and requested smaller silicone gel 225cc to reduce her cup size from a DD to a full C. She reports being much more comfortable with her new size and shape.
