54 year old female from Miami Beach, Florida 3 months after breast implant revision / correction of deformity performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. This lovely lady spent too many years with the complications of overfilled saline implants, capsular contracture and breast ptosis ( sagging of the breast) performed by another surgeon. I performed capsulectomies (removing the hard capsules), exchange of implants to cohesive silicone gel along with a breast lift procedure. Her breasts are completely soft, natural in appearance and the scars are healing excellent and will dramatically fade over the months ahead. She is so happy to have natural appearing and soft breasts.
