28 year old female from Vero Beach, Florida 4 month after a breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy) performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had smooth, round cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, 339cc, midrange profile. She also had liposuction of the waist for an overall new shape, new confidence and self image.
