20 year old female only 8 weeks after breast augmentation by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had smooth, round cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, 225cc right and 175cc left. She had a degree of asymmetry which was corrected with the 50cc difference in implant size. She is petite and wanted a natural and conservative result.
