32 year old female 3 months after breast augmentation performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had smooth, round cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, 275cc moderate profile. What made this case interesting was her mild case of pectus carinatum (prominant or full central chest). A conservative sized breast implant gave her just the right balance to improve her chest proportions and feminine shape. she is very pleased with her results.
