29 year old female from miami one and one half years after breast augmentation performed by dr. sam gershenbaum using smooth, round cohesive silicone gel high profile implants placed under the muscle. This patient, having small breasts and a narrow chest, requested augmentation from an A cup to a C cup size. A high profile implant was used to allow for more size and projection without excessive base width. She is extremely happy with her results.
