Dr. Gershenbaum can place breast implants from either of the three locations of inframammary, inferior areolar (below the nipple), or axillary (armpit). The inferior areolar is the most commonly used incision for placement. Dr. Gershenbaum generally uses a Keller Funnel to aid in getting the cohesive silicone gel implants through the small incision. These are a few examples of just how well these incisions heal.
